SIRG is no longer an SEC reporting company and became a stinky pinky after failing to file. Their last filing was Nov. 19, 2013 for the quarter ended Sept 30, 2013.
Between the pile of convertible notes and the Forbearance Agreement with Grand View, who knows who has control of the mine?
