Of course anyone can influence the SEC. The SEC

Of course anyone can influence the SEC. The SEC has set up a special hot line and procedures to accept tips from the public.
The SEC will even pay for tips that result in fines.
What a ridiculous statement that individuals can't influence the SEC.
As for proof that scion did as suggested...what a joke....That would require a subpoena under the FOI laws after the case has been settled, and assumes that the SEC would respond to the FOI which I doubt. The SEC damn sure won't respond to an FOI request for an ongoing case. To gather proof would have taken wire taps at the time the conversations were going on. Ask the FBI how easy it is to prove that sort of conspiracy.
