That's bull chit, anyone can influence the SEC. Why were the OSC asked to look into JBI's dealings if they didn't' feel Canadian individual investor had complained or be used.
Experience stock traders know that the market can be nice or nasty. Like a snake it can slither and move smoothly but from time to time it's been known to turn and bite you.
I suggest that you move on since you think the SEC provides a level playing field and you may get more experience (good or bad) in the stock market , but I suggest you keep the snake bite medicine handy (cash)
You sound like your crying over spilled milk. Is it possible the someone didn't plan in their budget for unexpected circumstances and foolishly sold all their shares a long while back at a price they regret now. JB's ex partner has no financial interest in JBI. It would be in her best interest to see the company go down. SCORNED.
