123 anchors... Comment sense, hahaha. Anyway, like I already told you 123 acres is NOT very much land. Relatives of mine who raise cattle in Missouri have 1000's of acres, and they are not a corporate farm or anything like that, just a normal family farm. Everyone in those areas has that kind of land if they farm, it would be easy to find 123 acres for sale in rural Colorado.
