Forgive my ignorance, but IR is required, by this order, to sell there remaining shares at .01, when the PPS hits that mark?
Now all we need is some beefy PR's to help get this thing to .01 and beyond. MM's have been having a field day with MTVX stock

My stance on the new IR order was not that billion shares will be retired. It was an argument against MANY, MANY people on the MTVX forum who have misled shareholders and other traders that there will be billions of shares still due IR EVEN AFTER the 8-K/A came out and this 8-K.
If one reviewed the definitions of Final Amount between the old and new order, it is clear as day that not only is the new order an act of goodwill and good faith on the part of IR to resolve the case expeditiously but it also shows the effort of the Company and its lending partner to work together to get orders filled. There are significant orders in the pipeline.
Anyone who thinks IR will keep sending in requests for shares after entering into the new agreement really does not understand how financing or business works. IR already made plenty of money on MTVX and its shareholders--try over $10 million. They are happy to take the remaining at 1c and say good bye.
IR will be done and done SOON.
SO THE ELITE SHAREHOLDERS WERE RIGHT ! JUST SAYING!

Yep I'm still holding MTVX....
I remember my first trading year and I went down a lot because I didn't take profits..but I always remembered why I bought originally a stock and I just stayed in all my positions...They slowly started to turn around and I made money on 90% of them because I was patient and didn't sell. I buy companies that make "stuff" and have a future... This is ground floor and mistakes were made but soon MTVX will pay me more than a job could in 10 years. All the sells they are making will add up and then the inflection point will come... I am just early that all but better to be early than never catch the train..
I checked again, and I finally saw her comment stating that dilution has ended. I agree that the agreement being based on the stock price reaching .01 is a great thing to look forward to.

Hey James it is positive for us since the PPS has to go to $0.01 before Iron Ridge can touch us. That means you buy as much as you can at today's price and then put in a sell order at $0.0099. You just beat Iron Ridge to the punch. You can thank me later.
Ironridge usually releases a PR when they win these court cases. I've seen them release 2 or 3 the past month. Newl and one or two others.
