When will shareholders receive news regarding the SDE merger signing and transaction that was supposed to occur Friday August, 15th? Shareholders have the right to know the proceedings and details of the signing or whether or not the signing occurred.

This is going straight down guys, the .0118 was slapped with like 10bucks last night giving it a 10%boost from .0104. It hung out around .010X for most of the second half of the day.
But for today, a bad day. No news = drop.
Hope I can grab some more on payday, crossing my fingers this stays down...you guys don't know what your missing

People need to be aware of ASCM They have been flipping this for a long time and are the biggest reason the price is not higher.When people sell to them on the bid they immediatly put it on the ask for 10K especially when the spread between bid and ask is 5% or greater which is a lot of the time,to keep them away peeps cant let them be the top bid and if you watch level II they will jump to top bid a lot when the spread is big enough.They have definately been the biggest momentum killer of all the MM.
