Well let me educate you there was a stock with one hundred forty six million in the float the company baught back four million shares from the float one month later a one for fifty reverse split wiped out all shareholders and IMHO destroyed the company that's why stinky pinky land is what it is a place to flip and day trade but under no circumstances is it for investing that's a whole different ball game If you hold these pos long enough you loose. Sandman grcu IMHO is going down in flames
Really?!? Looks pretty damn sweet to me, been adding on the lows! You should try it. GRCU
King
actually 4 1/2 years, bagholder of old ttdz. holding few bags, some 14 years old, use to trade alot. just got REAL lucky about GRCU takeover. GRCU
What a terrible week this started as. And I believe the downtrend will continue unless the co speaks and soon. For now you're just behaving like a stinky pinky. JMO
Sterling!!! That is an awesome sticky! U did a fantastic job!!!! Thank you for all that work! U Rock!!!
If they were gonna go ahead with a reverse split they would have done the r/s then released fins and finally rolled out allcbd.com. But instead they operated as a company moving forward from current stock price and trying to build it up. Company's that r/s don't reduce the shares of their company by 300 million. A r/s will not happen.
Just another stinky pinky one billion six hundred million plus shares one day you wake up to a one for one thousand reverse split. Oh yes it's coming IMO ugly
I was trying to figure out the same thing. I agree the guidelines definitely seem to be a little vague. I looked up similar companies that were just upgraded from Pink limited to Pink Current that had the same financials GRCU had submitted and the most important thing I gathered was that the back log of financials must be up to date to get upgraded. Thankfully we have our backlog of financials up to date and a attorney letter on file that if from within the current year. Take a look at MGON specifically (Just upgraded to Pink Current on August 5th) as it is in almost the same position GRCU is in and also went sub penny as did GRDO as well. It looks like GRCU will be upgraded and from what I found it took 2-3 days for the tier change to take place. So I have my bets on before EoD Wednesday (-500) that we see a tier change upgrade to Pink Current.
If you want to look at the similar stocks that were upgraded in August from Pink Limited to Pink Current I added the links below.

Hopefully we get a legit pr letting us investors know what is going on with the CBD.
Ummm..question: How are your shares 4 years old? That would mean you invested in TTDZ... 3.65 years ago...
And at that moment this/that company had nothing to do with or any business close to marijuana business...
Pardon, I do not follow your argument logic.
I'm long GRCU...but I got in early with the arrival of RC....less than year ago...
Joncoine
GRCU super long
Just a newbie anyone Ig are u out there?
Im not an OTC guy and I read the yield sign rules and I still think there is someone who knows the real answer to this. No one seems to have the right answer. As I understand it the share price has to be above.01 for a year was it? The attorney letter was filed in feb so I think we have that covered. It seems as though we will have to wait 6 months from that time (which has already passed) and file quarterly reports on time which was accomplished. I am long not bashing just seems like we need a definitive answer to this. When you read through the OTC markets requirements they are a little confusing anyone?
That was half the volume the rest were scalpers. Because when you flip you make real money.
Nothing to do with it
Because we have not filed proper paperwork nor have we made money to maintain minimum share price required by nasdaq.
Fantastic post schiebur But the "only" reason this will become reality is the point you made here. Because this country is f'n broke and starving for tax revenue. Same as it was is in the 1930's history repeating itself to the T.
With so many areas of the economy reeling from the "new normal", in which the industries that created jobs simply don't return, the revenue potential from selling pot is attractive. Many state politicians are also looking to the substance, realizing that taxing it could bring in much needed revenue, just as the alcohol tax was a boon for the government after the repeal of Prohibition.
Period. and of course the fact that the new "elderly elite" politicans grew up in the sixties. As you point out generational.
Right on schieber!
People with no stones sold! LOL
I just figured otc companies had to have some kind of bad debt, because they usually do.
