Why use the term Dilution? over and over many persons on these boards use that term! Unless shares are ISSUED there is NO Dilution period!.. up until the time that those shares are issued either to individuals (employees, investors, management, even vendors) or used to 'buy a company' or other targets then the O/S outstanding shares remains unchanged at that point. Again, just because people buy then sell short the shares they just bought or just sell short shares that don't even own (naked shorts) there again is still only the currently available Outstanding shares from which to buy (go long) or sell (go short). If 3 billion shares are outstanding and 2 billion are being held i.e. long. then only 1 billion shares would be actively in the markets at any one time with some being bought to go long, others to be sold selling or shorting. Read up on public float as well for further clarification. My only aim is to be helpful to all, harmful to none. please take no offense whatever. Peace. Stok
In this instance the massive increase in A/S prior to the EXPO seems to me to be a precautionary move against hostile takeover OR bargaining chips for JV/Partnerships with big boys. Just seems odd timing to put out this PR with 20 days till fruition at this juncture, just prior to a major expo with the likes of IBM.

Chuck there is a difference between AUTHORIZED and ISSUED AND OUTSTANDING SHARES. He can have 10 billion AUTHORIZED but if those are never issued then it's the same $hit as the authorized never being increased. Many people got spooked yesterday and along with bashers and stop losses triggered and greedy MMs you got what happened. CEO Still holds his shares. It would be bad if the company has no revenue coming in and he starts to ISSUE the new shares. I tell you though there are many companies even MJ companies with much higher share count with no products with CEO holding zero shares trading multiple pennies . Do what is best for you.

This made me laugh so hard that the waitress asked for me to keep it down because of the complaint. 10 BILLION EXTRA SHARES...this does not scare you at all? I mean there could be possibility that MAYBE it is a protection from TAKE OVER (BUY OUT) but one may only speculate so much. NOBODY really knows what the heck and why 10 extra BILLION of shares. But history shows that other stocks have been hit with similar pattern and look where they are now. Board is Contaminated with bashers. Check their recent post and you will normally see is "Pos", bashing, and confusion post. They post to plant a seed in your head to sell. Secondly, why would anyone ever listen to a human being that can't show their face. Hiding behind an avatar reminds me of the Little Red Riding Hood. A wolf ready to steal what you have, but in order to do that he must be in disguise. But continue to listen to these punks, and you will continue to take losses and miss out on great opportunities. Adam's track record in his filings has him using shares for acquisitions which become locked up for a period of time. Let's not forget this is cutting edge technology in a fast growing industry. I see acquisitions tacking place after the trade show. Go Xumanii!
