READ LEVEL 2!!!!!!!!AS SOON AS IT HIT 0.0024 I SAW HUGE BLOCKS..SO OBVIOUSLY THAT WAS OUR RESISTANCE AND IN NO WAY WE WERE GONNA GO THROUGH THAT UNTIL WE HAD POSITIVE NEWS.....THEN WHAT I SAW ON L2 IS BID WHACKING...IN MY OPINION THE DILUTION HAVE STARTED TO HIT HARD....AND NATURALLY THIS WAS GONNA SET BACK TO THE BOTTOM.
THEN FAKE 76 MILLION BID SUPPORT AT 0.0021!!!!! FEW MINUTES LATER IT WAS ONLY FEW MILL....!!! HAHAHA YA RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THEN 28 MILLION DUMP...THEN IT WAS NO BRAINER AT THAT POINT....
THEN 10 MILLION DUMP THEN IT WAS OBVIOUS EVEN TO THE FOOL TO SELL

IF NOT DILUTION TOOK PLACE AND WE HAD POSITIVE NEWS WITH COMMERCIAL RESULTS WE WOULD HAVE HIT A PENNY.

That's what I say. It dropped to .001 and it was going up from there a lot if buys up to .0013. Think about it.

Simple reason - flippers are not happy with the big swings they have already had several times and now want to create fear and panic for an even bigger bounce. I personally think logic will prevail once we hit a new week and it will recover quickly.
I love it when people say honestly. Especially when they have sold their position and are recommending selling or SEC halts, etc.
OMG, an AS increase is announced and emotion takes hold and everyone runs for the door, like the theater is on fire...
Did the OS change by some millions on Friday? Not by many I suspect...
Have the newly announced shares been sold by the company? No not yet... They have 20 days before any change can possibly be made...
Can the newly announced shares, once approved for use, be used for acquisitions (shareholder value increase) ? Yes, that will soon be a possibility...
Nothing of significance occurred on Friday...
I for one just don't understand the emotion surrounding this move... There will be no RS as some claim. Why not just go ahead and RS now? The AS increase and an RS don't work together for anyone's benefit...
Put down the pipe for a minute and think about this. Let your rational side have some room, then go out and have a great weekend...

SEC HALTING XUII IS A REALITY HERE ? THATS TOO BAD.
All the companies listed on the front page were self-inflicted halts and suspensions, IMO. The difference here is the MMs were naked shorting here; not self inflicted by XUII (its a PRE-14C filing). The SEC isn't going to halt a ticker because a handful of makers shorted the sh@t out of a stock. Makers make the market.

We'll you can go to this link and see all the SEC suspended or halted stocks! You can click on each stock and see many different reasons why they got halted or suspended! Far as my investment here I kissed it good bye on Friday! Honestly just don't want to see anymore good people lose money thus the warning! Not trying to tell people how to trade! It's there money and up to them what they want to do with it! Anyway here is the link to see the suspended or halted stocks and it doesn't take much for the SEC to step in!

I think people need to keep the two occurrences that took place on Friday separate in their minds. Many are assuming there is a connection between the CEO and the shorting.
I think the Makers saw an opportunity based on the announcement and took full advantage of it. Keep in mind Makers will always have far more information on Xumani than even a savy day trader. Makers always have the best and latest information at their disposal and know how to work the trading short or long.
The CEO will have to tell us why he put out the Pre-14c. I'm sure there are other reasons than to shake investors as it truly makes ZERO sense to make the announcement with the intent of decreasing shareholder value ahead of such an important IT conference.

Another thing about the CEO is that he will never answer any phone calls or e-mails except to have someone say he is too busy to answer questions. We all tried to contact him after he went silent on INVA after Oct of last year and he would not answer anyone. Then we hear all the rumors of part of the company beings sold off (Trakkers) then the Desert Communications Chap 11 and that he was no longer the CEO and none of this was done through any official announcements he just left us high and dry! If you don't believe me, just looks at the old posts on the INVA board!!
As been said its a Pre-14C that actually can be cancelled. Also, the naked shorts will have to cover. As much as been shorted on Friday, that much must be covered T+3 days.

IMO, investors can lose more true, but Monday can be a great opportunity to load super cheap.
The supports are 0.0011, 0.001, 0.0008, and 0.0005. I will pick a support or 2 and set buys.
I keep in mind the amount of shares trading daily shows the potential of Xumani in the cloud and Tablet markets.
Volume precedes price and this definitely has the volume. I'll be looking to get 6 - 10M shares Monday.

Have not sold....will wait to see how the 12th of Aug goes...Monday morning I think it will bounce, an opportunity for some to exit....something not right about what the CEO done on Friday afternoon...I also think company will PR next week.

I think there was a bounce already, from the 10's to 12's then back to the the 11's. Let's face it there wasn't enough time left in the day for the stock to finish crashing. Most of those buys were probably shorts covering
