The Advisory Board will provide guidance and assistance in various aspects of the Company's business and growth strategy.

The Company has named industry veteran Jim Holt as its first Advisory Board member. Holt has over 30 years in the mobile computing and wireless industry, having worked with Quest Solution executives Kurt Thomet and George Zicman early in their careers with Wi-Fi pioneer Aironet which was later acquired by Cisco Systems in a stock deal for $799 Million. Mr. Holt started his career with IBM and was fast tracked through seven promotions into sales and marketing leadership roles. He left IBM to join Telxon and its subsidiary Aironet and was a key member of the team that fueled 13 consecutive quarters of 40% growth before the Aironet IPO and sale to Cisco which was subsequently acquired by Symbol and then Motorola. Mr. Holt is a patent holder for Dynamic Cellular Communication Systems, utilized by Cisco-Aironet (U.S. Patent # 5,950,124).
Mr. Holt also served as Chief Marketing Officer at Computer Associates where he focused on branding and Mergers and Acquisitions, establishing a reputation for company integration and maintaining repeatable and sustainable revenue. Most recently, Mr. Holt has acted as President and CEO of RF Works, a wireless services organization serving heath care and other complex mobile and wireless industry segments.
