In the grand scheme, Hollund management has overpromised and under delivered, period. PR's that state misleading information to investors only creates more speculation as to the moral compass this company operates with. They seem to have forgotten, they answer to shareholders.
But I have a question too, if HIMR does have such a firm partnership with North Cal, why wouldn't they ensure that HIMR had absolutely everything in place with their permits? All of these "logistical" surveys and operational meetings are for nothing if at the end of the day the most important piece is missing and has "no time table" for rectification.
