really good post, Mrose33. I guess I have been expecting delays and holdups along the way because I see a company going through this a first time. But as far as this permit goes, well, they did the permit thing already. They obviously blew it. This is a bigger problem, imo, because now they are having to "redo".
While my greasing palm comment was intended as a joke, the fact of the matter is that is how business works in todays world. Indeed the way it has always worked, imo.
