So we wait some more OR you can sell your shares which you invested what....a couple of grand at most? So you lose that money if the company is a bust, or make a whole lot more if they pan out. I for one am willing and ready to lose my money but I am not going to miss the boat if it takes off. Chances are whatever you have invested in HIMR will be lost if you pull out now and drop it on another penny. At this point it's either you believe or you don't, if you don't, sell and move on. We are in pinky land, and shit happens. I do believe that HIMR released PRs over promising and under delivering and it is concerning and disappointing but again if it were a scam why haven't they just taken the money and ran, it's been 7 years. The good news is that they have a concession (w/lots of valuable product in it), purchase orders, and are very close to operations and revenues. Some will disagree with me and that's fine but it's my opinion.

Here is my question for all those that call it a scam , why on earth would North Cal Wood post a picture on their FB page of North Cal and HIMR on Lake Bayano? Why associate yourself with a scam? Anyone? Bueller Bueller....anyone?
