I don't think this is a scam operation. If it is, they have gotten in way over their heads on representing who and what they are. My frustration is that they keep looking like fools in the way they conduct business and we keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. Delays and snags all happen, but as a business owner with shareholders, you communicate the truth of your situation and in a timely. Seriously, who here remembers the last Q report that was filed without an extension? Update to shareholders?
I don't worry if the business is for real, I believe it is, but I think these guys are in over their heads and do not appear to be capable of running a business. To me their action and inaction demonstrates a lack of maturity.
Why not sell? I've read about underwater logging years ago and to me it's a great opportunity for business and environment. The concept is a great one and it can be a viable and prosperous investment. I watch the horizon for new competitors that may have investment opportunity, but in the "interim" I stay here as it will either take off on its own or someone will take over that can finish the job and run it right.
