Thanks so much for the projections!!
I would like to throw in several caveats to the model..
1. The model assumes a PE ratio of 10-20X. At this annual growth rate, I can see the PE ratio being much, much higher (50X+) as long as the growth is there.
2. I have to believe that Bill and team are working on the next project.. Where to expand? How to expand? With all the U.S. states approving medical cannabis, the market is enormous.. Someone has to fill that need.. Who else better than the large pioneer company that has solved all the growing pain issues on a start-up... I've always believed that once you have a successful model, you just keep repeating it over and over..
3. I'm hoping the revenue projections are very low.. In 3 years, many buildings can be built.. Remember, we are growing a crop that is about 6X the price by weight of silver!!
