Man.... take a week off and go beach bumming and all HECK breaks loose.
For those invested in PHOT I know how you must be feeling right now. I have been through this with a couple other companies before, one came out okay and I finally made my investment back plus a descent profit, the other not so good (ended up holding the stinky end of the stick). PHOT will be a wait and see for you guys, I am hoping for the best for you folks.
So we gave 25% of future earnings to private investors. We had already tried to give OGI/PHOT 25% of earnings and an additional 100 million payment down the road. We managed to ditch the future 100 million payment and it sounds like the private group is a arms length group that will not interfere with the company business as long as they receive their fair portion of profits as promised. When "The Bill" said the financing "didn't cost a lot", I would have to agree, for what we currently know of the deal, as it is compared to the previous financing deal, it certainly looks to be much cheaper.
Everyone, keep your chin up and remember the HC inspection and license is right around the corner. There will be many bright sun-shiny days in our future.
