$100 mill year 1 would translate to .03 cents and $500 mill year 5 would translate to .145 cents.
BTW, Tweed currently trades at $120 mill market cap $3.39 TWEED expects to bring in $100 mill annually
This assumes there is no buy back and o/s stays the same
Year 1 - $100 mill
.03 * 3.5bill = $100 mill
10x earnings = .30
15x earnings = .45
20X earnings = .60
Year 3 $250 mill
.073x 3.5bill = $250 mill
10x earnings = .73
15x earnings = $1.09
20x earnings = $1.46
Year 5 $500 mill
.145x 3.5 bill = $500 mil
10x earnings = $1.45
15x earnings = $2.17
20x earnings = $2.90
This assumes there is no share buy back!
There are also many outside factors that will affect share price on both sides until the market finds true value.
If you think the MJ market is going to the dogs or that FITX will all of a sudden stop building and everything will fall by the waistside then sell. Otherwise, selling at these levels is like throwing money in the fire. Unless you can time everything perfectly and make a few pennies.
