Lt, I sure like your enthusiasm, but what should have been done in January is still not done "ie" completion of training etc, logical explanations aside from certain members of the board , I feel that you will soon be pushing your ETD closer to next Dec if not beyond. As always I hope I am wrong but to date i am batting close to a 1000.  This has been a fun run up, and some made a few sheckels , but until small things like the manuels and simulator training, hiring ETC has been done,and verified by PR from Baltia. I would keep revision dates readily available.
