Possibly a little more clarity on the number.  I'm almost 100 percent sure that this number (in EWSI's case 19) represents the number of shareholders who hold their stock in certificate form (i.e. they're issued stock certificates with their name on them).  The rest of us who hold shares in a brokerage account are not counted this way and are not represented in this number.
