No, shareholders. But keep in mind that these are #'s from the 2012 10K, so once OTC Markets is updated, or once the 2013 10K comes out you'll see an increase in the amount of shareholders. I know about 10 people myself that bought in the last few weeks. And derived from the amount of names posting on this site & Ihub the total # of shareholders must be way higher than OTC Markets tells us. As someone already suggested, I don't think those held in street name are included. One could try and contact the company or the Transfer Agency if you really want to know. Not sure if you'll get that piece of info but if anyone of you is in good stead with someone working with the company one could try and ask him/her.
