With the borders and patrolling them, it seems like Evader should have worked both sides of the Fence. This technology and the facial recognition should be used to catch illegals, coming in and out. Think of all the man power we could be using "out in the field". Example: we have hundreds of BP Agents on both sides trying to keep people from coming in illegally. Why not set a robot base unit every couple of hundred yards apart (I don't know how far they can scan). When the robots sensors go off or however it works, it alerts the BP agents, they go catch the bad guys. It seems very simple. The cost of the robots would well pay for themselves in the manpower hours saved. Think about robot patrolled borders! How freakim cool! Why has no one thought of that. A lot of criminals use the Us/Mexican border to cross over and buy drugs, get cheap and illegal scripts for meds, run to mexico to escape trouble they are in maybe in a different country. There are so many reasons people go across those borders. Living in Texas, I know, so does hawk. The robots could be stationed at strategic locations to catch drug runners, stuff like that. Robots risking their circuits instead of humans losing ther lives. Now, I don't want to take jobs away from people. But, if we clean up our borders it would create new places where people actually WANT to live, not where they are scared to live. That would create new businesses, therefore, lots of jobs. I don't think Evader is thinking out of the box! I know they have border sensors. But, a robot would scare the hell out of me! Just my opinion. I would be marketing this to the governments.
