Lol. Well that's definitely not true. I doubt they just dreamed up $ 250,000 to spend on promotin the company lol. You already know Visisys has investments. One of them you have recognized where they were issued shares of another company and virtually did nothing in return lol. Do some DD on safe city and you'll find that there's more that you don't know. Lol. Visisys has money.
