Transactions in Connection with Share Buyback Programme
On 31 October 2024, Netcompany Group A/S (“Netcompany”) declared the initiation of a robust share buyback program valued up to DKK 250 million, aiming to acquire a maximum of 1,300,000 shares. This strategic move is designed to enhance Netcompany's capital structure while supporting the obligations linked to its share-based incentive programs.
Regulatory Compliance
The implementation of this share buyback program adheres to the EU Market Abuse Regulation, specifically EU Regulation no. 596/2014, as well as the relevant provisions of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, also known as the “Safe Harbour Regulation.” The program is set to conclude by the latest on 24 January 2024.
Netcompany will keep the market informed by publicly announcing transactions executed under this program weekly through Nasdaq Copenhagen.
