Not really--there was something that we saw that gave us pause but not until after the fact. It was last week after I received a few "tips" and really started to look into all the SEC filings and doing a google search of him and his association with people in multiple ventures that are questionable at best (i.e., the number of holding companies he has been in or is affiliated with, and now defunct corporations) did this "pause" turn into a major red flag for me.
I am awaiting advice on this NDA and whether or not it can be considered invalid since I signed it under, what it obviously, false pretenses.
