What I'm thinking now is if he is manipulating stuff to delay the FDA approval (not signing documents, letting a patent lapse indirectly, etc).
Just brainstorming. What happens if Koos deliberately left out part of the studies they submitted to the FDA to delay the approval? If he is shorting, and continues to benefit, is he delaying to give himself or some of his friends time to make up their losses? Who is submitting the answers to the FDA?
