I cant find the Navial pdf right now but there is deep water N of Erendira as tenn21 confirmed from the locals and as shown by Navial pdf- where your telestackers -coupled to a hopper or whatever for the trucks to dump into might work.
Ship loading doesnt necessarily take a lot of other equipment.
Re the Nazarena concession, CWRN was going to use barges to hold ore /transport to ship due to the very shallow sea floor there -a result of the extinct Colorado estuary etc
the 2nd largest port in the world (in China) was doing that-using barges to load and unload- until recently and may be still doing it as they set up shiploading in offshore islands.
