I still don't understand why they don't rent a couple of Telestacker conveyors to load the medium sized ships. I looks to me like there is plenty of room on the office end of the dock where they used the dump containers and the ship cranes to finish loading the one boat. 2 medium sized telestackers could load 5000 tons per hour if you had the dump truck capability to feed them..  In 10 hours the ship would be loaded and out the door, and you wouldn't be at the mercy of the port authority and the container ships.  And I know for a fact there are telestackers already in Ensenada, because I saw a video of them unloading crushed rock from a ship at the port..
