If that is the case just move the dinosaur cranes off to the side and use the deep water dock space as if the cranes weren't even there.. I'm positive the telestackers could load a ship in less than a day. Maybe even use both systems..  One dinosaur crane and 2 telestackers.. You could load even a big scow in short order..  None of the... pull the ship in and move it back out to get out of the way for the container ships.
