The IH site is for an open and honest discussion regarding companies IH members have either invested in, or are considering. I will moderate the JBII board with this goal in mind. Here are some guidelines:

• Treat people like you want to be treated.


• Back up assertions with DD. Defend your own assertions. Provide content, not snarky post craft. Debate for DD’s sake with full regard for open and honest discussion.


• Remove any chips from shoulders when posting. Occasional mistakes will be made.


• Good humored clowning around is invited. But, this is not the ass clown board. Personal attacks will not be tolerated.


• No one needs to defend themselves against gossip, innuendo, opinion, or baseless assertion. Try using ‘I’ statements. Be responsible for what you write. No one else is.


• I will leave everyone enough rope to hang themselves. Consider what you write.
