The way it sounded to me was that it was an individual that was willing to put up $2 million and then got wishy-washy on them and only wanted to put up $800k......I think company got fed up and decided to move on to an alternative. My guess is we see a PR next week. He stated twice when I talked to him that financing to move forward will not be an issue.

I agree that it doesn't seem right about the last PR. Why would you put out a PR that didn't even explain the reason for not getting the financing and knowing the PR that the shareholders have been waiting for is going to cause disappointment and selling.....and then dilute......makes no sense to me
