Yes, that pr was like to get the longs to sell.  Over 200 million shares (50+, 40+, 100+) in 2 weeks.  Then we got that pr which was very say we have no finance neither $2 million or $800K and that we are to find an alternative.  That sounds odd.  In my opinion I think this $2million then $800K individual was manipulating the company share price to drag it out and destroy the pps.  Either he shorted the stock or want to get as many shares as possible and cheap for whatever reasons.  It is likely that by August 10, we will see another increase in O/S.  This time I doubt it would be just 50 or 53 million shares.  I think it will be much larger.

Then we have management who do not communicate with longs like me and Saw when we ask pointed questions.  Calls were not being answered etc.
