Did you happen to ask what is the hold up? why the financial in March didn't go as expected after all they PRed it, they CCed it ....   From the way you post, it sounds like the financier killed the deal.  What was the reason?

If it's just a slightly better term, I would think if that deal is not going anywhere they would go with other deals.   Instead, they prefer to see dilution and selling shares at bargain prices?  Something doesn't sound right.
