virmmac, I will agree with you on one point-a concessionvery soon is paramount in the success of HIMR, and it needs to happen sooner rather than later. I also agree with Kgem about the A, B and C stock conversion. I would HOPE these would not be converted, but there is nothing preventing them from doing so. If these people have faith in HIMR, they will hold tight. If we see 100s of billions show up from these conversions, it certainly will not be enticing to new investors. Lets just all keep our fingers crossed that a concession or funding will show up soon.
