virmmac, I do not understand your statement about the sentiment on this board. I think the"sentiment" is rather universal among shareholders-meaning we were told of share reductions and got a share increase-we were told a second concession could be confirmed shortly and now we find we have no money for 1 concession. We have no Tigerlynk. As I posted earlier, 1 good PR announcing a concession or funding could wipe the slate clean in 1 second. I think we all know that we are hanging tough here waiting  something from HIMR, but not forever.
