**Rebuttal to the “partners believe in SNPW” narrative:**

1. **Paper Divisions ≠ Operations**
The so-called *Australia Renewable Energy Division* (Dec 2023) was just a press release. No follow-up proof of offices, staff, contracts, or revenue ever came from it. A name on paper doesn’t build solar panels.

2. **Site Visits Don’t Pay Bills**
SNPW loves talking about “site visits” (SC-Solar, Autowell, etc.), but those are photo-ops. There’s been no EPC contract, no financing, and no ground broken. A meeting in January 2024 doesn’t generate shareholder value if nothing comes after it.

3. **One-Sided Partnerships**
Notice that FoxEss, Sun Group, SC-Solar, and Autowell never issue *their own* press releases confirming any real collaboration. It’s always SNPW talking. If these deals were real, you’d see joint announcements, funding, or even a token shipment. Instead? Silence.

4. **Zero Sales in Years**
Even Drugman admits SNPW hasn’t made “one dime” from its distribution agreements. If partners truly believed in SNPW, they’d push product through its channel just to test the waters. They haven’t — that tells you everything.

5. **Cheap for Partners to “Wait”**
Keeping a non-binding MOU alive costs FoxEss or Sun Group nothing. They risk zero while SNPW uses their name to pump PR. That doesn’t prove belief — it just proves SNPW needs someone else’s logo to look credible.

6. **Pattern of Empty Promises**
Look back: MedRecycler, Vietnam JV, and now solar supply chain. Same script: splashy headlines, no execution. The “partner” angle is recycled PR designed to distract from the fact that SNPW has yet to deliver on *any* major initiative.

---

**Bottom line:**
Divisions with no operations, site visits with no contracts, partnerships with no sales — that’s not progress. It’s a pattern of hype. The fact that FoxEss or Sun Group haven’t walked away doesn’t prove faith in SNPW; it just proves that SNPW is cheap to string along.
