2. **Site Visits Don’t Pay Bills** Since site visit

We are not issuing or selling any new shares and have been self-funding while we build out our plan. No reverse splits on the horizon.

3. **One-Sided Partnerships** Notice that FoxEss, Sun Group, SC-Solar, and Autowell never rebutted any of SNPW press releases of tweets as being in accurate. FoxEss listed SPPC as a global partner for a period of time on their official website and GEP list SPPC as their official US and Australian contact on their offical website.

4. **Zero Sales in Years** Yet FoxEss, GEP, Autowell, and SC-Solar remain partners with SNPW

5. **Cheap for Partners to “Wait”** SNPW has no need to have someone else 's logo to look credible as

6. **Pattern of Empty Promises** SNPW got an intent to approve from the RI-DEM after 2 years of working with them, Got listed as a Global partner on the official website of a subsidiarity of a fortune 500 company, Got a fortune 500 company and it subsidiary to pay for a trip to their corporate headquarters and visits to 3 other companies,Signed a contract to distribute Sun Group Inc solar panels in US and had that agreement expanded to include Australia.

Bottom line

After 3 years of partnering with a fortune 500 subsidiary FoxEss and producing no revenue for FoxESS for that partnership, FoxEss and its parent company Tsingsha Group and FoxEss hosted SNPW to a meet with Tsingsha Group, subsidiary FoxEss, seller of batteries, Sun Group seller of solar panels, SC-Solar designer and equipment supplier and set for Solar panel manufacturing and Autowell provider of state of the art fully automated battery pack assembly line with supplies and technology through FoxESS , Battero, and Tsingshan affiliates.

Resulting directly from those meetings came
