I agree, and the clock began Nov 2021 with FoxEss,(batteries) which led to April 19, 2022 PT.IDN, (Solar Cells) and then to Jun 9, 2023 Sun Group Inc (Solar Panels)

So it appears that SNPW has several partners that believe in SNPW to build fully integrated domestic supply chain and have been working on that end for a few years now.
A very plausible explanation why FoxEss and Sun Group retain their partnerships with SNPW even though since the agreements were signed SNPW has not produced one dime in distribution sales..

We are not issuing or selling any new shares and have been self-funding while we build out our plan. No reverse splits on the horizon.
