A pilot study, with a small population, would be excellent for determining if either higher dosage or more frequent dosing, or both, would be necessary. Also, if the dosage is increased, it would give a view on how well it would be tolerated. Additionally, depending on the biomarkers measured, it could give some clues on treatment of Glioblastoma.
