I’m not saying the 400m through the complete drug approval life cycle isn’t legit. I’m saying , probably not clearly, dont need a 400million down payment up front to do this. The initial investment in a phase 1 trial is anywhere from 1m to 10million dollars on average . You can get to the 400m over the life cycle to approval
