Little Ricki is now trying to change the story on the reverse split - see his recent post/link below.
Notice he doesn’t mention the below quote which is the quote I called , and am currently calling, bullshit on him.
Of course the PPS decrease was impacted by the RS.
Some investors bailed knowing a billion new shares were created and at some point they would likely be diluted further.
Some investors bailed when their 5 million shares pre split became 1,250 shares post split and the dreams of becoming rich vanished.
And those that bailed saved themselves from over a 50% price decline post split.
Poor Little Ricki just can’t keep his story straight.
