As I have stated on numerous occasions previously.....an investor in SNPW whose shares had a cost basis of $0.00 (<$0 in actuality) prior to the RS (like moi) cant be ""down"" anything innit!
Hope the above finally permeates that cranium of yours which experiences a 100% vacancy 24/7 --> 365.
Reverting to the asinine claims per RS's......you do realize that some companies seeking to uplist to Exchanges do utilize an RS for several reasons, one of them being to increase the PPS so it meets the minimum standard of the desired Exchange.
Many of these said companies then see an actual increase in PPS post RS because of the various reasons outlined in the excerpt below.
