Many EPA officials have been questioned by Senator Kennedy (Louisiana) re: the concentration of carbon dioxide in our atmosphere when they testify about climate change aka man-made global warming.

All have been orders of magnitude off in their replies.

Our Constitution gives no power to supposed subject matter experts. We have to hew to the Constitution or we become a nation ruled by men (passions), not laws (potentially flawed, but at least passed by a majority of the people's representatives).
