“I took a look at life spans of those reservoirs and thought it was possible if there were no viral rebounds that HIV may have a chance at being cleared at 14 years (?) of leronlimab use. What I wondered was whether viral load continued to decrease over time when leronlimab was used. We know the lowest viral load with leronlimab was .5 copies/ml, which is astoundingly good. But we don't know whether that occurred in a long term patient.”
