Well, it certainly looks reasonable given that CYDY said "over $100mm," however if willful misconduct and/or gross negligence are found to be the case, $100MM may not be nearly enough.
While on its face I cannot see how CYDY doesn't come out on top and why Amarex wouldn't settle prior to a decision, I still maintain that we don't know Amarex's side of the story and our past management wasn't exactly beyond reproach with their own actions.
We'll know when we know. August is a long way off and plenty can happen between now and then!
