Given that the final arbitration hearing was recently ordered to commence on August 19, 2024, and the parties are now in the discovery phase of the litigation, what do you think of this proposed settlement schedule.
I think the minimum acceptable offer made to CytoDyn should be on a sliding scale starting from now until August 19, 2024.
An offer before 2/20, $75MM
An offer after 2/20 & before 3/20, $85MM
An offer after 3/20 & before 4/20, $95MM
An offer after 4/20 & before 5/20, $100MM
An offer after 5/20 & before 6/20, $105MM
An offer after 6/20 & before 7/20, $110MM
An offer after 7/20 & before 8/19, $115MM
