The US has never considered the ROC to be a sovereign country. The US has always abided by the PRC in its statehood with the ROC.. Meaningless discussion.
The claim of no solar panels related to PRC/ROC has no merit. What are you basing such an assertion on?
Panels could be produced in Mexico, Chili, Southeast Asia, Australia, etc that would all be more competitive than the US.
Again, why a factory in the US? Seriously, don’t see the logic…
Ps. The majority of raw material would likely be non based US sources. It’s not like one would have a self sustained US based manufacturing facility.
