That bullshit 12 month promissory note granted by ceo's side company (CaC realty/grantor) to Sun Pacific Power (grantee) signed by the same ceo for both parties.
Just hang Sun Pacific Power out to dry, when the wizard knew he (or so-called trained sales people) never had the ability to sell a single solar panel or lithium battery, unless someone's uncle Vinny was going sign a purchase order.
