you are not alone. if they fail to communicate in any way with shareholders between now and when the vote is due, i'll be utterly confused.
personally, i haven't voted - as i really can't muster the effort to support this company in any way right now. i figure i'll ultimately vote for the share issuance (otherwise, would be shooting myself in the foot), and against comp, BOD, etc. - but i just have zero motivation to do it now.
i remember the days that i would have a drink on my porch to celebrate the SP at $7 and higher - it was a lot of money, at least for me - and I would look at my portfolio and say "this calls for a drink!".
well, these days I look at my portfolio and say "i need a drink"......
