Question for someone who might know....Does anyone in management have access to the vote count in real time? I ask because I am still in disbelief that they asked for all that they did... without giving us any reason to think there is any actual progress being made... Do they know that they already have to votes needed ? Hence no PR ? Are they so reigned in by Legal that they are willing to risk a no vote due to lack of info to shareholders? I am obviously desperately spit balling....thanks in advance to anyone who know the answer to the real time vote count question...
