Gilead delayed a new version of a drug, allowing it to extend the patent life of a blockbuster line of medications, internal documents show.
Exactly, the entire FDA does not have to be complicit in order for Gilead or mess with us. It only takes a couple of people. Amazing to me that someone could believe that NP got involved in a conspiracy, but that the FDA is clean. With this much money on the line, people look the other way. We will see Monday if the FDA is working with us or shutting us out.
